Description
This handcrafted Border Collie dog puzzle is made from smooth, warmly colored Poplar and inspired by dogs who are four-legged supercomputers with infinite energy and a desperate need for a job to do. If you fail to assign your Border Collie a task by 8:00 AM, chances are they will invent their own career.
Crafted with immense care and precision, each custom dog puzzle is individually hand-cut on a scroll saw using durable 3/4″ Poplar wood. Because it is carved from genuine hardwood, no two pieces are identical. Natural variations in wood grain and rich tonal depth mean your puzzle is as unique as your dog’s habit of staring blankly at the wall until you move an inch. Plus, at three-quarters of an inch thick, the finished product easily stands upright on its own—making it a sturdy display piece for your mantle, bookshelf, or high table where your actual Border Collie cannot try to herd it.
It’s stylish, charmingly detailed, completely house-trained, and won’t chew up your favorite sneakers when you turn your back. In fact, it is guaranteed to be the most obedient pet you will ever own—no leash, lint roller, or middle-of-the-night yard visits required! Whether you are buying it for a dog enthusiast, a scroll saw fan, or simply someone who appreciates fine woodworking with a sense of humor, it delivers the perfect blend of rustic artistry and lighthearted fun.
It is a delightful tribute to the world’s most overachieving breed. It can serve as a charming conversation starter and a fitting reminder of the adorable, energetic chaos that a Border Collie brings to every single day. It is both a thoughtful gift and an honest admission that Border Collies are often smarter than everyone in the room. It is a unique piece made for a unique dog.
